For Tesla Model S/X you have to install retrofit kit:

Model S – 1489302-00-B,

Model X – 1506266-00-B,

Model S built after 2016 – 1487929-00-B

This Adapter does not work with Tesla Model S 2013 which has Gen1 charger inside.
